Case study #1

A pilot Helixing program at Revolution Fitness in Boston MA demonstrated Helixing's appeal. The classes proved so popular that the gym--which offered a robust group ex schedule including spinning, zumba, yoga and Pilates--was forced to enact sign ups and wait lists for the first time in its history. 


The program earned significant media coverage, including in The Boston Herald and The Boston Globe. 

Case study #2

The successful Helix@Home app has provided a platform for at-home users to stream or take live Helixing classes since 2020 via a paid subscription model.


Classes average 25-30  minutes and allow users to enjoy the variety of 5 distinct Helixing positions, including Pumps, Squats, Surfing and more.  Each position can performed bi-directionally, with inward motion focused on inner thighs and glutes, and outward motion focused on outer thighs, hips and glutes.
